Website Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 15 August 2026
CoPhil Education Services is committed to making its website and digital resources as clear, inclusive and usable as reasonably possible for students, parents, tutors and other visitors, including disabled people.
1. Our accessibility aim
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we review the site as content, services and the Wix platform change.
2. What we are doing
We work to use a logical heading structure, readable text and colour contrast, descriptive links, meaningful alternative text for images, labelled forms, keyboard-friendly navigation, responsive layouts that support zoom and plain language wherever possible. We also review new content before it is added.
3. Known limitations
Some downloadable PDF resources and third-party tools may not yet be fully accessible to every user or assistive technology. Some older content may also need further improvement. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us and we will try to provide the information in another suitable format.
4. Feedback and support
We welcome feedback about accessibility. Please tell us the page or resource involved, what went wrong and, if relevant, the format or adjustment you need. Contact info@cophileducation.com or 07833 474834. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Alternative formats and reasonable adjustments
Where reasonably possible, we can provide information in an alternative format or make a reasonable adjustment to help you access our services. Contact us to discuss what would work for you.
6. Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility as the website develops and prioritise issues that prevent people from accessing important information, forms or services. This statement will be updated when our approach or known limitations change.
7. Contact
Accessibility questions, requests and feedback can be sent to info@cophileducation.com or 07833 474834.
