Introduction: These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoPhil Education Services website. They apply to website visitors and people making enquiries. Tuition, mentoring and specialist pathway services are governed by the separate written agreement provided when a client enrols. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed service agreement takes precedence.

1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal and educational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, copy protected content without permission or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

2. Consultations and enquiries
The free 15-minute consultation is an initial discussion offered subject to availability. It does not create an obligation to purchase services and does not itself form a tuition contract. An enquiry becomes a service arrangement only after availability is confirmed and the applicable written agreement is accepted.

3. Tuition and mentoring services
Information on this website provides a general overview of our programmes. Specific arrangements concerning fees, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, safeguarding and service delivery are set out in the relevant client agreement or other written terms provided before services begin.

4. Educational information and outcomes
We work carefully to provide accurate and useful educational information, but curricula, examination requirements and admissions processes may change. We do not guarantee particular grades, examination results, admissions outcomes or progression. Outcomes also depend on attendance, engagement, independent study and other circumstances outside our control.

5. Student and parent responsibilities
Students and parents should provide accurate information, communicate relevant learning needs, attend agreed sessions punctually and use our services respectfully. Detailed responsibilities relating to tuition are contained in the applicable client agreement.

6. Tutor and staff areas
Restricted areas are intended only for authorised tutors and staff. Unauthorised access, attempted access or sharing of login details is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, CoPhil branding, logos, written content, guides and educational materials belong to CoPhil Education Services or are used with permission. Materials may be used for personal study but may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without written permission.

8. Reviews and testimonials
Testimonials describe individual experiences. Results vary and no testimonial should be interpreted as a guarantee that another student will achieve the same outcome.

9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party platforms or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Visitors should review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy information.

10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
